Our delicious Bougasta is made with our secret vanilla custard and hand stretched traditional fillo. This delicious pastry is a blend of sweetness and Savoury and is great served warm any time of the day.
Our Bougatsa comes in Foil tray and is a generous serve of 20cm x 20cm
Heat it for 8min in a 180 degree oven and Serve it warmed up with a pinch of Cinnamon and a generous amount of icing sugar.
Cooked from frozen Instructions:
Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and at the same time Defrost frozen bougatsa for 15min at room temperature.
Cook for approximately 15 min until golden brown. Add sugar and cinnamon to serve.
